1. We put you in touch with potential exhibitors. You will probably be aware of our UK University & Apprenticeship Search events which take place at sports stadiums and universities across the UK. Through this work we have direct contact with potential exhibitors.

2. Ticketing system and app. By creating an event attendees can sign up with the details you’d like to record. You can keep track of who has signed up. You can use the app to monitor attendance and have attendees sign up when they arrive.

3. Exhibitors use the app. Exhibitors can download the app so that when they speak to an attendee who is interested in their institution or company they can scan their ticket/QR code and be able to email them details such as, open days and course info. This saves the inaccurate process of writing down email addresses.

4. Event page to promote. You will create an event page clearly displaying your event’s benefits and how to sign up. You can send this link directly to potential attendees. You can use this link to promote in emails and on social media.

5. This website is solely dedicated to education events so will not (unlike other sites) contain thousands of unrelated/unnecessary details.

6. It is free to use.

We will send details regarding your event to all relevant exhibitors who may wish to attend. We do this bi-weekly. We also have a handy advice guide which gives hints and tips on extending your reach.

We aim to extend our relationship and connection to schools, colleges, universities and apprenticeships. By providing this service we are providing another great link. 

Exhibitors will pay a small fee to license usage of the app. They will eventually pay an additional fee to use the app in locations outside of UK University & Apprenticeship Search events.

Students registering for events can opt to receive more education/apprenticeship only info and advice when providing their details.

No. You should still do everything you can to attract exhibitors to your event. We do not have many contacts with local services. We do not guarantee that any of our contacts will be interested in your event. We hope that you will attract a few more than you would have in the past. Please continue to fully promote your event as I’m sure you have done in the past.

We have an app called “Exhibitors” which can be found both on apple and on the playstore for android users. With our dedicated login you will be able to scan tickets at the event and gain information. 

Once you have scanned a ticket you will capture the attendees data, which will then allow you to find them after the event and send over any information you think may be useful. 

When an attendee signs up to an event, they are automatically linked to it. This ensures that changes of any kind will instantly be sent to them. 

Yes, you can delete your details at anytime.

1. Use of the app. You will probably be familiar with UK University & Apprenticeship Search events and know how easy to use and how good our data collection app is. You can use this service at college/school events on this site. Simply scan attendees QR code to record their data and be able to send on info about your courses.

2. We keep you informed on a bi-weekly basis about events coming up which you can attend. Usually at schools and colleges for free. If you are interested we will put you in touch with the organiser.

3. The website is solely dedicated to education courses so may provide you with additional promotion opportunities.

You will be in direct contact with the organiser and can inform them.

We send out a bi-weekly newsletter of upcoming events that may be of interest to you. 

For all exhibitors who have currently paid to license our app at UK University & Apprenticeship Search events, this will be free of charge for the next six months. We will be adding a small additional charge for events outside of UK University Search ones after this, if you would like to continue.

We will offer you a free six month trial if you would like to continue using the app there will be small license fee charge after this point.

The event organizer (usually your college or school) will have a direct link to the event which you can follow once there you will be able to sign up for the event. You can also find the event in the search bar at the top of the page, either searching the name of the organiser or the event.

If you know the date of the event you can also use the calendar. Simply click on the date and you will be directed to your event.

Once you have signed up for an event, you will receive a QR code/ticket via email. 

Your school or college will scan the code which will act as a record of attendance, many exhibitors will also have an app which they can use to scan your ticket allowing them to send you any information you may wish to have. However should you not wish to receive anything you do not have to allow your code to be scanned for anything other than entry. 

Your details will not be shared with any third parties, if your QR code has been scanned by an exhibitor then you will receive information from them and you may also receive some information from UK Event Search, if you would like to receive this. We will only send you information regarding opportunities for students. Within each email there will be a link that allows you to unsubscribe from this at any point. 

You are able to delete your account at any time, should you wish to do so. Simply log in, click on your account and at the bottom of the page there should be an option to delete. 

You are not able to see who else is attending the event but you will be able to see what exhibitors will be there and whatever event information the organiser has provided. 

Some events will be marked as an open event, you will be able to see if the event you are looking at is like this as it will be highlighted in bold writing at the top of the event information. Should you wish to attend an event like this, you simply need to register your attendance like you would for any other event. If the event has been marked as closed, then you will not be able to attend.
